This fine-arts contemplation of the legacy of Malcolm X is part of a series of events organized by the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement. Malcolm X would have been 80 years old this year had he lived.
To mount the MX80, the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement created a team composed of artist, curatorial, appraiser, designer, and fine arts publisher advisors to work alongside their diligent organizers.
